VJ and Video Artist
Victor Solomon is a multi-media artist and VJ based out of Big Arts Lab in Downtown, Los Angeles. After graduating from California State University in digital and fine arts, he pursued video projection based work in live events around the world. In 2001, he joined Mutaytor, an electronic band known for their visceral “spectacle of sound & vision.” Other collaborations include Visual Symphony, a team of video artists who have performed with such amazing talents as Peaches, MSTRKRFT, Alex Grey, MIA, Common, Justice, Steve Aoki, and countless others. Debuting at the music festival Coachella, Visual Symphony has also created live imagery for the Official Inaugural ball for President Obama. Recently, Solomon, in partnership, won runner up in the 2010 Winter Music Conference DVJ Competition. Currently, Solomon created a multi-media installation at the Audrey Museum and continued his work with the Weimar cabaret-inspired Cirque Berzek. In addition to his performance work, Solomon is also a founder of Eye Science, a company specializing in advanced audio and video technologies.
